The problem we’re solving.
Most small businesses run on a handful of systems that don’t talk to each other. Accounting in QuickBooks. Email and files in Microsoft 365. Jobs in a project tool, or on a whiteboard. And holding it all together, a spreadsheet that one person understands.
Somebody types the same information in three places. Reports take a day to pull together at the end of every month. When the person who built the spreadsheet goes on vacation, things slip.
Big companies solve this with software developers. Small companies usually live with it, because custom software has always been priced for big companies.
What changed.
AI has cut the time it takes to build and test software dramatically. Work that used to take a development team months now takes a fraction of that. That puts custom tools and integrations within reach of a 20- or 50-person business for the first time.
We use AI to build faster, and a person stays responsible for every piece. Every tool we ship is designed by someone who understands your workflow, reviewed and tested before it goes live, and supported by a local team you can call.
What we build.
Integrations between systems you already own. Get data out of one system and into another without retyping it. New customer in your CRM becomes a job in your project tool and a customer in QuickBooks. A form submission lands in the right SharePoint folder and notifies the right person.
Internal tools and apps. Quoting and estimating tools that use your pricing. Job trackers. Field forms that work on a phone. Intake forms. Simple portals for customers or vendors. The things you’ve been running in a shared spreadsheet.
Dashboards and reports. The numbers you check every week, pulled automatically from the systems that hold them, in one place.
AI-powered workflows. Tools that read incoming documents, draft responses, summarize jobs, or prepare reports for review, built on top of the AI setup covered on our AI for Your Business page.
How a project works.
1. Discovery. A paid working session where we map the process, the systems involved, and what “done” looks like. We check whether something off the shelf already does the job. If it does, we’ll point you to it, and discovery is all you’ve spent.
2. A fixed-price first version. A defined scope, a fixed price, and a working tool in your hands quickly. Small projects usually take a few weeks.
3. Use it, then improve it. Real use shows what needs changing. We adjust from there.
4. Ongoing support. Software needs care when the systems around it change. We keep it running, and we’re the same people who manage the network it runs on.
Why an IT company instead of a software shop.
Software built by a developer who doesn’t run your IT tends to break in the gaps: a password policy changes, a Microsoft 365 setting moves, a server gets replaced, and nobody tells the developer. We manage infrastructure for a living, so we build with your security, backups, and access controls in mind from the start. When something changes in your environment, the team that changed it is the same team that maintains your tools.
We also build tools like these for our own business. We’d rather show you something that works than describe what might.
